Delivery & Returns 

 

Delivery

Once we have received your order we will prepare it for delivery within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Each painting is created with love by either Ella, Sam or both. We make every effort to dispatch your order on time. If paintings are made to order please understand that our pieces are individual so they may take a little longer to dispatch. 

We will dispatch your order to our local courier service (Hermes.) Free standard delivery will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the time it has been received by the courier. 

Faster Delivery will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the time it has been dispatched to the courier. Orders placed before 10.30am will be dispatched the same day and delivered to the customer the next working day. 

Returns & Refunds 

Unfortunately there are no returns or refunds on any of our products. For any product that arrives damaged, please notify us via email (contact@pinkgoldart.com) within 7 days with picture evidence and a description of the damaged product. Once we are in receipt of this information and we have confirmed the related damage we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
